I cried... because miss David again ... miss him soooo much !!

we chatted on the msn yesterday... he mentioned that coming over to see me ...

but... its gonna be in April !! what??!! that's just kinda long time after anyway....

it's kinda a long time since we were being together last time... so really miss him ...

and he just told me that we must to wait untill April and we could meet then...

although we are being together for over half a year already~ but we seldom meet each other ~

I can count the days that we met by my hand.... I do treasure it ~ because we cannot do anything but keep going like now...

GOAL 2 : LIVING THE DREAM (film)

I saw this movie by DVD yesterday ~

it was a great movie !!

not just only the actors are strong but also it's a very inspired movie!

and in the end... it was very touching...

it describes something about dreams and the career of sportsman ~ it's tough really...!!

sometimes you may lose something (your family, lover, friends...) because of your career...

it's not that easy anyway ~ he from having nothing to have almost everything and lose something ... but in the end... he found them back again ... and knew what the important things are ... he realized something by the time when he got the money and fame... but there's no one could share with him...

when he got hurt , he couldn't play ... his career must be stopped...

there's something he said to her gf which was very touching to me...

" you know Im not good at this... but before I go out tonight and play the biggest game of my life... I wanted to call you ... because I want to hear me out ... everything has turned inside out since I came here .. and all this money ... I dont need it , without you it's nothing !!

Virgin's Branson presents new space ship

Tycoon Richard Branson unveiled his newest spaceship

and said that test flights for the vessel would begin this year

Branson, who has ambitious plans to begin carrying tourists on short flights into space by 2010, revealed models and photographs of the newest version of SpaceShipTwo and also the twin-fuselage WhiteKnightTwo which will ferry SpaceShipTwo into the atmosphere for a midair launch.

Construction of the two should be completed by this year.
"2008 is really going to be the year of the spaceship," Branson, president of the Virgin Atlantic airline and a key backer of the private space flight effort, told a press conference Wednesday.

Im back from Macau ～

back from Macau ~ I would say this trip ... good and bad...

I saw the differences of the city (the mixed culture) & many funny things ~

people there are friendly also ~ just talking about the food.... I would say...

I dont like the local food there... even I'm a chinese but I'm not that into chinese food that much anyway !! ( and because the tast was different also.... so... －.－" )

overall the best I had there was Portuguese cuisine !! I had a big dinner of Portuguese cuisine and I like it !! ( I ate a lot again ... ) and there's one Burman cuisine it was good as well ~

they call it "some kinda 打撈麵 " (Burman style)

going to Macao ~ people might think about CASINO !! yeah... I did enter couple of casino

the oldest one "葡京" and some others ~ like 永利 (Wynn) 威尼斯人 (Venetian) 金沙 etc.

but I didnt do gambling anyway... hahaha because I don't know much about how to do gambling ... !! so I was just checking it out ~ what a pity ~ isnt it ?! haha ^^"

I also saw many Portuguese churches and many tranditional artichecture

those are different from here in Taiwan

(but the buildings are kinda same with I saw in china town in America ...)

anyway~ this short trip makes me have different feeling and also think something...

Expresso Brownie !! LOVE IT !! ≧﹏≦P

~Ingredients ~
3 ounces Unsweetened chocolate
2 ounces Semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup Shortening, butter-flavored
2 Eggs
1 Egg yolk
1 1/4 cups Firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/3 cup Pecans, coarsely chopped, toasted

~Directions~

1. Melt chocolate squares and shortening over hot water, cool.

2. Beat 2 whole eggs, 1 egg yolk and sugar on highest speed of electric mixer for 5 minutes.

3. Fold in chocolate mixture and remaining ingredients.

4. Pour into greased and floured 13 X 9 inch pan; chill for 30 minutes.

overview this semester... seemed I didnt do something very meaningful at school...

but anyway... I was okey with this semester except sometimes I felt a little bit bored with some classes... @﹏@"

Im gonna visit Macau next Friday ~

just a very short trip there ~( 3 days...)

but I still look forward to it ~

why did I choose Macau??

just because I have been to many Asia countries...

and Macau is one that I haven't been to !!

it's just so close to Taiwan and I actually didn't think about visiting there~!!

so ~ I just though ... let's do it anyway !!

although it's just a very short trip ...

but I guess I would enjoy being there
